Ovidiu Ervin Gruia, city boy, always relished the vacations spent in the country. He admits: "How I loved counting the cows on their commute home from a hard day of foraging! Hillsides sprinkled with flocks of sheep or dotted by roaming cattle breaking the silence with their echoing bells remind me of the many past centuries devoid of technology, right-angled monoliths and the hum of civilization that drowns out the song of birds, the rumble of a brook and the bleating of a lamb."
